20" rim question

Default 20" rim question
I found a set of 20" rims with a 4 lug 4x100 pattern. My question is if the wheel wells are cut out will i still have rubbing. Does anyone know if you can put 20" rims on a 97 civic and be driveable?????????????????

I have seen it done before but it looks like one of those dub toys and why would you want 20's on your civic. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD THAT WILL BE ON YOU DRIVETRAIN AND MOTOR.
