Default 2000 Civic DX Rear Washer fluid

I had the weirdest thing happen after the winter... The rear washer pump sounds like it is working like usual, I can even hear the trickling of the water! However, no water is coming out of the nozzle. I tried squeezing the tube-leading to it a little bit to see if there was some debris clogging it that I could loosen up but to no avail. What's your input guys?

are you able to trace the tube all the way back? maybe there is a crack that is leaking the fluid and never getting to the nozzle.
