Default 2000 Civic wont start

Okay I'm at my wits end and just dont know where to go with this anymore. I have a 2000 Civic SOHC Manual. Now it all started about a year ago, my CEL (check engine light) came on so I had the codes read and it said my cylinders were misfiring, then the car started idling rough and would eventually die after the car warmed up at idle. So this is in order everything I've done to the car. Well I somehow ended up with a rusted hole in the muffler so I replaced that, then notice a large crack in the exhaust manifold so I replaced that and the O2 sensors. Then I did a complete tune-up. This fixed the CEL for about a week but then it came back on. So now after troubleshooting more and getting advice from others that it may possibly be the ignition control module. I replaced the ignition coil then the car ran great and no check engine light, but after one day the car started idling rough again and dying at idle speed then all of a sudden the next day the would not start period!! The starter is turning but it does not want to catch and turn over. I tried replacing the ignition control module but it didn't help at all, I still have the same issue....no turn over. I replaced the battery, checked the compression, timing, and even checked the fuel and spark.....its all there!! I know I threw alot of information out there so if you have any suggestions pleeeaaassseee help!! Thanks
