2000 civic lx, car starts up fine, put in drive and hit gas; at abt 25mph, car seems to lose power and rpm's drop, then after a couple seconds the rpm's jump and the car jerks up to speed. at a stop, the car idles very low and has stalled once.
any ideas on what could be the problem? no issues once the car is over 35mph
