2001 DX - electrical failures

2001 DX - electrical failures
Hi Guys
I have a 2001 DX in Canada. There are a number of electrical problems that together seem to indicate problems with the "multiplexer", but I would like some confirmation.
So, firstly all fuses in both fuse boxes are good.

I would appreciate you collective wisdom. Also, if it is the multiplexer, where would be the best place to get one from? I am near Toronto.
