2001 Steering wheel shaking
 

-2001 Honda Civic 75000 miles on odometer Stock everything
-Steering wheel shakes when going over bumps.
-happens when left front hits bumps at slow/medium speeds
-smooth at highway speeds.
-The front struts seem a little bouncy when I do the bounce your car test.

1. Are the struts the most likely reason that the car would behave this way?
2. Is there any other parts that I should consider that would cause this?
3. If so, is there a way to inspect these parts at home?
