The 2001 honda civic that I am working on tends to idle rough shortly after running about a min. surges a few times does not die and then runs fine. The hesitation happens about the same time and will also do it after the car is warm and shut off and then restarted and drove after 10 to 15 mins. Hesitates under light acceleration let off the throttle and then is fine. Have replaced the iac, new eld sensor new O2 sensors tranny has been replaced and all fluid levels are good and plugs have been changed along with cam sensor. This has been an on going problem now for about 2 years. Any ideas would be great. No CEL aswell.
