Default 2002 Honda Civic Ex Sedan 1.7 Vtec

Hi there. I recently had warm air blowing through my vents with the AC turned on. My mechanic recharged the system and told me there were no leaks in the system. The same thing happened last week except I was told that the system was still fully charged. Additionally, I was told not to run the AC on the fresh air setting due to the high pressure created in the low pressure side. He suggested to use only the recirculating setting to help my problem. It sounds like he is not correcting the problem and probably doesn't know what is causing this? I have recently begun working on my vehicles again and have been watching Scotty Kilmer and Eric the Car Guy. Any suggestions besides taking it to another mechanic. I welcome any suggestions. Thanks in advance...
