Talking 2003 (Gen 7) Fuel pressure gauge location?

I have an 03 Ex that has been acting up lately. Sometimes it will not start on the first attempt. Then, after cycling the key one or two times, it starts. I suspect a fuel pressure issue and is likely the regulator or filter but I want to test the pressure before I go to the trouble of digging into the fuel system. I have confirmed the pump is operating during the first start attempt.

Now I know these Gen 7 Civics have no convenient fuel line access other than the quick connect fitting on the firewall.

Is there a place I can purchase an adapter to adapt the quick connect to regular hose to insert an inline gauge?

Is there a better solution to determine my fuel pressure?

The Honda service manual shows Fuel pressure gauge 07406-0040002 and
Fuel pressure gauge set 07ZAJ-S5A0100 but they cost more than the car is worth but do have the necessary adapters to plug a fuel pressure gauge into the quick connect.

Thoughts?
