I have a 03 civic 4 door all door lock but one work I just replaced the door lock actuator and still will not feed power to that actuator to lock or unlock that door 2days before replacing the actuator I removed door panel and unplugged and repluged the old actuator in and it worked fine till I put the door panel back on then it stoped working I repeated the steps again and it worked fine till I put door panel on then it stop working again now I put a new actuator in it stll will not work like it's not receiving any power to that actuator at all tried old one and still no power so I and at a loss now. posting this might help me find the fix for this problem
