2004 Daytime running lights?

2004 Hybrid is there a way to activate the daytime running lights ?
The canadian models this is standard, absent in the USA model.
All the fuses are installed, is there a relay to insert ?

If you can find a Canadian wiring diagram, you can find whats missing compared to the US diagram. My guess would be a relay...

yea its prob a realy. or you can jsut turn your headlights on too. should be an easy mod though.
