Could someone please help me identify this part. Under the hood its just to the right of the washer fluid compartment. It seems to be leaking oil. It looks like part of the rubber seal has torn off.

Not too well versed with the newer cars. Is that a hydraulic (oil filled) engine/trans mount?

 

Motor mount.. but not sure about the leaking fluid
