Hello. Curious if anyone can tell me anything about coolant leaks from radiator hose adapter I replaced this part 8 months ago for a leak and it has now started leaking again. I’m lost and not sure what to do. In my opinion it was a stupid way to design this it seems just an extra hassle to have to deal with. Any help I can get with this would be appreciated

 

Can anyone tell me what hose this is? Part number? I have no idea, and I cant find a reference in the repair manual. I think its leaking oil. Thank you
