2008 Civic 1.8L Water Pump Pulley Removal
 

Water pump pulley bolts came loose and pulley wedged itself into the water pump. Need to change the belt tensioner because its seized up too (think its jammed with pieces of belt). My manual says remove the alternator (easy) and loosen the water pump pulley bolts (easy). Now the pulley won't come off the shaft to access the bolt that holds the tensioner. I sanded the shaft down thinking it was just some corrosion/paint keeping it on, but still cant get the thing off. Ideas or tips?
