2012 Civic - Bluetooth Connection
 

I was able to pair my Samsung Galaxy S4 with my mom's 2012 Civic but whenever I try to connect to it, it says connection failed. When I go to the Connect a Phone screen, my phone is greyed out. On the phone bluetooth settings under the HandsFreeLink settings I have allowed access to the phone and media. It still won't connect.
