so i just got the car yesterday its a 86 civic hatch 1.5 carbed. it runs rough at idle and when u first start it it idles at about 3000rpms tap the gas and it goes down to about 1200 rpms and it will run for a bit and die but when running it smeels real gassy and the exhaust is white with a gas smell. im new to hondas this is my first.

 

ok update idles at 1200 rpms now but is rough idle real gassy and dumping fuel out the exhaust with extreme amount of white smoke.

 

bump anyone got an idea its back to the first issue
