89 Civic iat sensor

89 Civic iat sensor

My old school Honda (89) left me on the side of the road. When I got it back home and checked the code it gave ten flashes. If this sensor went bad would it stop the car while it was running? Somebody help me out.

no it wouldnt stop your car from running, check to make sure your getting spark and fuel
