have you tried taking the top off the throttle body and spraying carb cleaner, or starting fluid in the throttle body to see if it will start

Did you figure out what was wrong with it yet?
I have a 91 Civic thats doing the same thing. Mine will start and run fine when its cold, but once it warms up, it stalls, then pops thru the intake when you try to start it again.

Is there any kind of timing advance or something that adjusts on the civic once the car warms up. Because it really seems like a timing issue to me.
