90 EF f22a1 sohc swap??
yes, you'll need a ton of shiz. You'll need a new ECU, wiring harness, custom mounts, custom axles and whatever parts the motor doesn't have. Like a header. Whats your exhaust setup like? you'll probably need that either replaced or welded up to your new header.
And if Im not mistaken, to get an H-series into an EF civic you also need a JDM SIR hood. not sure if you'll have the same problem with the SOHC F22...

if someone does make mounts for it, I'd check Hasport. Or even ebay, but generally... you get what you pay for. Ebay mounts may break or rust then break. If hasport makes mounts for it, they'll make axles for it too. Its not cheap.
besides hasport also check out Avid Motor mounts. cheaper, but still good quality.

Could also do a F2B swap. Basically take you F series engine, get a b series transmission adapter and bolt up a B series transmission. It is a much more common swap from what I have read then just dropping in a F series tranny and engine.
As for the hood, most people just add some washers and space the hood up. I don't think the JDM front end would give you really that much clearance. I have one on my car.

EF H22A Key Parts List:
Swaping out Front Hub/Spindle/Knuckle and Caliper and Rotor to a 90+ Acura Integra is a must. Just like any B series swap. Any Honda/Acura junkyard will have them for a decent price.
90-01 Acura Integra Front Hub/Spindle/Knuckle/Caliper/Rotor
Axle Combo:
88-89 Acura Integra driver side axle off shelf parts store.
90-93 Honda Accord Ex or Lx model midshaft
88-89 Acura Integra passenger side axle that has been cut down 1/2" on the shaft and has an Accord 90+ Inner joint put on it. Raxles.com sells this 1 custom axle. Ask for Marty.
Cable Shifter Assembly:
90-93 Honda Accord cable shifter assembly and cables will work with the swap or 92+ Prelude. Make sure you keep all the washers and clips organized.
Wiring Options:
Obd0-Obd1 conversion is a must. 2 ways to go about it pick up a RYWIRE (Rywire.com) Obd0-Obd1 jumper harness and doing the wiring your self, mostly extending wires to reach on the H22 engine and maybe a few sensor swaps. Roughly about a day's work. Easier to do the wiring adjustments when engines out of car. Or last option is the easiest and which I prefer saves wiring headaches and mistakes. Purchasing a custom RYWIRE (Rywire.com) Obd0-Obd1 EF H22A plug and play harness already made. Took me 10 min to put on
. Just send them your factory EF engine harness and the H22A engine harness and about $400 and they will make your custom harness. Looks real nice and simple I use them for all our EF H22 swaps. I can't say enough good about them.
