I believe they use adhesive tape for that year range. So yes you could get them off, but be extremely careful and you would have to clean off the old tape and get new tape before you could put them back on. but you may want to wait and hear from someone who has an eg before you do it cuz i'm not 100% on that

well I haven't done anything else with the car yet. It's still just sitting in my garage. I'll probably mess with it as soon as exams are over, so after next week. The only thing i'll probably have is a short shifter and ****, oh and I have some springs that you may want. They are my old ones and they have just been sitting in my attic for 3 months or so since i got my new stuff. drop is about 1.5 in. just let me know.

They have clips, they're on the inside of the doors and fenders. You have to squeeze the clips from the inside of the doors and fenders. I'm pretty sure this is right.

I know that this is how they are on the ek and up, but it seems like I remember seeing some eg's that had the side panels removed and it did not have the holes for the snaps. but I've never worked on any eg's so I'm not really sure at all.

Ok so now its definitely going to bug me, anybody know which years have the adhesive? cuz i know I have seen civic without the side panels and it had no holes. I'm not talking about people shaving them, just removing the panels.

I've seen that too, and I believe it was an EG hatch I saw. However, I think they just filled the holes.
