Default 92' Civic Jerks at Stops...Now what's wrong?

I have a 92' Civic LX with 183,000 miles on it, recently within the last month I have did the following to my car:

Replaced all Spark Plugs
Replaced all belts(Timing belt as well)
Replaced Fuel Filter
New Battery
New Distributor Cap & Rotor
New Coil(for Distributor)
New ICM
Flushed Coolant
Flushed Transmission

But I didn't start driving my Civic till about 2 days ago(with no problems). Now whenever I stop at a light or a stop sign my car jerks randomly like every 7-15 seconds. This happens in DRIVE only tho.

Odd thing is there was no jerking at all during the first 2 days I drove it. But today it started jerking after I did the following:

1. Tightened the Alternator Belt to stop the squealing on cold starts.
2. Turned on the heater(from low to high) to make sure the heater works.

In addition, the rubber seal on on my radiator cap is half-way gone due to deterioration. Would that cause air to get into the coolant & cause the jerking I feel at stops? Or could it be a Vacuum leak or something else?

I love this car but I'm really worried about it leaving me high & dry because a used car place sold it to me & it went ka-put on me 3 weeks later. Since than I did as much as I possibly could and now it runs like a dream(other than the jerking) BUT who knows what else can go wrong with this car. Just trying to make this car the best it can be.

P.S: Autozone Radiator cap suck ..it didn't even fit my Civic(yeah, it was the right one..looked it up myself), now I have to spend more money at a dealership.

Edit: BTW when the jerking happens there's no fluctuation in the RPMs.

You should also replace the spark plug wires.

Did you check the ignition timing?

Any CEL codes or dash warning lights?

No warning or check engine lights, even did the cel code check with the jumper plug just in case..nothing came up(light stayed on) My ignition timing is on last time I checked..not unless the timing belt stretched even more. I don't see what the timing has to do with the jerking tho.

Sounds like a misfire, so check the plug wires. Did you install aftermarket plugs, cap, and rotor? If so, this could also be a problem. I noticed that you replaced the timing belt and did distributor work, which typically requires the ignition timing to be checked with a timing gun. If the timing is off, this could contribute to the problem.

Yeah I did the timing light(timing is on) and the plugs are aftermarket I guess..By "aftermarket" do you mean anything that's not recommended from honda? Because I got champion copper plugs(yup, the cheapest ones) from Autozone & my cap & rotor from O'Reilly's auto parts store.

Also how would I check the plug wires? I already checked them out visually & they look fine. Is there another way to check them out?
