D16Z6 STUDDERS...NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

Ok, Here's the problem...I have a 95 civic dx, but did a D16z6 SOHC Vtec swap. I used an Automatic Engine Wire Harness(with vtec plug) & an Automatic ECU(p28 for vtec activation). The engines start up idle is at about 1200 or 1300 rpm...but studders. only at 1200 or 1300 rpm is when the engine studders...sitting or running. I've just recently changed out the Idle Control Valve and still have the problem. I also just ordered an Manuel Engine Wire Harness...I'm willing to buy a Manuel P28 ECU...if it will solve the problem but if not, like anyone else "I Don't Want To Lose Out On $100+" and still have the problem. So if anyone can give some advise (Maybe Someone Who Had A Similar Problem)...I would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!!!
