How much money do you want to spend?
Do you have the technical capabilities to remove the engine and reinstall yourself? How about replacing the crank? Also, replacing the crank isn't just a bit in and go like brakes, or a sway bar. It needs new properly-sized bearings and a lot of know-how to get it right. I don't even trust myself to do something like that. You'd end up taking it to a machine shop most likely where a new motor would only cost a few hundred bucks.

Also, the y7 isn't the factory motor for the USDM EX so it's been swapped before, why not just put another motor in it?

Default Oh I went with a new engine

I've talked it over with my mechanic another engine is only around 500 so I'll go with that, weird that it came with the y7 I bought the car from an old lady for about 200 cuz other mechanical problems that I've already dealt with. Thanks for the advice.
