94 civic dx temperature needle passes the middle
 

when i drive it for like 25 minuets its on the normal temperature right under the middle, then after that it starts going up a bit passing the middle and something going up as high as 3/4 the way up.
i changed the sensor and thermostat.
the thermostat is at 190 temperature
is that normal to happened on a thermostat with that temperature?
when that happeneds im afraid it might over heat and stall and get stranded
