Default 1995 Honda civic engine swap troubles

New to the forum. Just looking for some insight. I recently installed a JDM D15B non Vtec engine into my civic. I transplanted the intake and exhaust manifolds, distributor and water tube to this engine. I had no faults or issues with the intake, exhaust or distributor on the D15B7 it came from. On initial start up the engine idles at 1400 rpm as well as it hunts and the check engine light comes on. The engine will run for about a minute then die. The cooling system has been bled of air. Hoses and connectors seem to be in the corresponding places. The check engine light for code 4 I read is the ckp (crankshaft position sensor) I have 400 ohms across the sensor and the wiring seems to be alright voltage going to sensor and good ground from sensor to ecu. Scratching my head trying to figure the next plan of attack. Thank you in advance for your time.
