Default 94 civic lx

I recently purchased a 94 civic and it stop satrting on cold or rainy cold days Ive read about the hot relay problems with the solder and was wonder ing could it be the same on cold days now when it wont start the check engine light stays on and i dont hear the fuel pump activate any help plz

If the plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor are old, I'd start by replacing them. Any CEL codes?

Definitely do the relay job first. Really anyone who has a 88 to 95 should resolder the main relay even if it isn't giving problems, it is likely to later.

i replaced the main relay yesterday and it wouldnt start after about 10 min the check engine light went out and it started it started quite a few times after i thought that i had got it and this morning it wouldnt start again the check engine light was on and the fuel pump is not activating I'm dead in the water again help
