94 Civic VX hesitates at a constant speed

So I searched around and what I found is only slightly what I encounter. Car runs great, but when I try to hold a speed, it has slight hesitations/cut-outs. I can give it a bit more gas to bring it back up to the speed i need but the cycle starts all over again. Recently changed out the fuel filter, cap, rotor, plugs, wires and cleaned up my K&N air filter. Had the dealer check the timing, all OK. Just changed out some bad CV axles as well. I am leaning towards changing out the TPS and MAP sensor. When in idle it will fluctuate but no real issues when accelerating. Thanks in advance for any insights! Also looking into doing a intake cleanup as well, any suggestions on a good , better, best in products?

A side note, I have a code reader I bought for my truck, can this be adapted to use on my Honda?

Unplug the o2 sensor and see if the car runs more smoothly. It will bring up a CEL, but may fix the problem. If the problem is gone, replace the sensor with another 5 wire o2 sensor. I had the same problem with my 92 VX hatch last year.
