95 Civic Engine Whine?
Hello everybody!
I'm experiencing some troubles with my 95 civic ex 1.6l VTEC (if it matters?).
I gave my car a tune up about a month ago because it was in need of one. BUT! About 2 weeks ago i noticed this distinctive whine coming from my engine on a cold start. (Literally if it's cold outside or if it's been sitting for about 3 hours).
It has never done this before. It whines on start up in park and when i rev 1-3k. But once when the car hits 4th... It disappears. Here is a video if it helps in any way.

The car is also Automatic.
PS: It is also more audible when i'm actually IN the car in comparison to being in-front of it.
