95 Civic EX check engine light on Code 9

Please help! I am going crazy! I have a 95 civic EX coupe 1.6 Vtec engine.
Problem: Check engine light on as soon as the car started
Troubleshoot so far: Found code 9 ( cyclinder sensor problem ) went ahead and replaced new distributor, Set Timing, checked all Cylinder sensor, TDC sensor, Crank sensor resistance they all read about 460 Ohms. Checked from distributor connecter as well as connecter at ECU. Could anybody give me some suggestions what else I should check to solve this problem. Thank you

PS: car runs fine

check your ,,rotor and cap .. and also your coil since your car is probably runnin like crap. and if that dont work out then it could be the ecu from what i've read.

The Orn and Wht wires from the CYL sensor inside the distributor run to the ECU. Use a multimeter to check both wires for an open or short. These wires pin B11 and B12 of ECU connector B. If both wires are fine, swap in a known good ECU.

Thanks, but the car run fine and I also tried it with another ECU, same problem.

Check the two CYL sensor wires with a multimeter.

could be a bad cap or rotor.. ive read from previous forums about this problem and how it was solved

B11 and B12 measured 460 Ohms

What happens if you reset the ECU and then run the engine? Does code 9 reappear? If so, swap in the known good ECU again.

Yes, I reset by removed the battery negative cable, swaped another ECU, started engine, check engine light came on and stayed on, turn engine off check for code, and it's code 9 again.

I am only left to suggest is that the B11 or B12 ECU terminal is not making proper contact with the corresponding terminals in ECU connector B.
