I bought a 91 ef sedan and swapped a d15b7 motor into to it keeping the dual point intake and cable trans with the car. After everything was back together I can't get it to start. I've replaced the main relay, distributor and tried another computer out of another 91 sedan. On the coil I'm getting 12v positive on both the positive and negative terminals, and the motor turning over does not affect that. I've not checked for fuel pressure but I have heard the pump priming and I know the pump works. I'm not sure where to go from here and this car needs to be running asap.

 

Update: I pulled the banjo fitting off of the intake and turned the key on and no fuel came out.
I have hard wired the pump to test it and it does in fact work
