97 d16y8 misfire at idle, worse when hot
Misfiring at idle
I have a 97 Honda Civic EX 2door with a d16y8. I just rebuilt the motor with the following done
-hone block, new rings/bearings
-.005 mill on head, lapped valves
-tripple checked timing and valve lash.
-new parts- cap, dizzy, plugs, wires, swapped cleaned IACV, map sensor, TPS, pcv, fuel filter
-all new gaskets and head bolts
-reused- injectors, fuel pressure reg, 02 sensors, engine temp sensor, knock sensor, crank sensor
With all of that said I am getting a misdire/ stumble at idle and slightly into acceleration. It can be heard at all temps at exhaust but felt and heard when up to running temp and absolute idle. Threw random misfire codes once and haven't come back yet problem persists. Very very slight crack in manifold at CYL number one which I see this on all d16 stock exhaust manifolds. No apparent valve noise or bad gas mileage. No silent codes either when checked.
any ideas?

Update, I swapped all new injecrors, fuel rail and regulator.
Any opinions on the engine temp sensor right along side the head closest to the upper rad hose inlet. I've heard this relays info so the computer can adjust fuel and air.
