I was wondering about those, too.
Not meanting to drift this thread, but I'd try a different vendor (like on Amazon). I was looking around, and discovered some not-so-nice comments about Andy's Auto Sport. Just for fun, I wanted to see what shipping was on a couple things (because the price was so great), and found that their shipping charge was almost as much as what the parts cost.
Found the same thing elsewhere for a much better deal. But I digress.

You can find them on eBay usually cheaper. Andy's Auto Sports sucks. I have heard numerous horror stories.
If you buy through eBay and pay through PayPal which would be linked to your credit card, you have protection through eBay, PayPal, and your CC all at once.

what about these I found on ebay. made by spyder also just a little different. cheaper and it comes with some bulbs. do these look like they would fit in easy? and what about those bulbs?
In my opinion, I think they are ugly. However, it is your car, and if you like it, go for it.
With that aside, I am sure they would fit without major problems. The one thing I will ALWAYS suggest with non-OEM headlights is to buy silicone (or something like clear chalk etc) and re-seal where the plastic lens meets the headlight housing. Non OEM headlights are known to fog up on the inside when it rains.

Not very hard to install, if you get a decent HID kit it would be plug and play. But, actual lighting performance may vary. Projector type lenses seem to work a lot better with HIDs than stock type reflector lights. Those look like they have a separate high beam halogen section, which is essential for a good HID conversion. Use the HIDs in the projector section for low beam and keep the halogens for high.
