If its not raining, it could be condensate water from the a/c.

When you say water, you mean rain water and not coolant, which is commonly referred to as "water". Just making sure since the heater core is in the passenger foot well and can leak, too.

If you are talking about rain water, check all the seals for tears and make sure they are seated properly into the channels of the doors.

i noticed this last night when it was raining and it looked like it was coming from the bottom corner of the passenger door, if it was the heater core where would the water be coming at?

The passenger footwell area. Depending on what corner of the door you are talking about, it may be the same area. However, If you were leaking coolant, I am sure you would smell it.
