97 Honda Civic LX (non-vtec) No spark, no fuel
 

Problem, While Driving Car all of a sudden just conked out, and when accelerator was pressed car acted like a fuel filter, pump issue. Hence car would not start afterwards.

- Checked Timing belt - OK
- Checked fuel pressure to the filter/ Rail - OK ( but spark plugs are Dry)
- Checked spark to plug - NO
- checked Distributor Cap and rotor, worn but functional.

I am checking spark at the Ignition coil currently, and ignition control module.
