98 civic wiring harness
 

1998 civic hx 2 door, automatic. Original transmission was a cvt. It died. Replaced with a regular transmission from junk yard. Work was done by my brother, I don't know a lot about this subject. When the harness was hooked up he saved some time or rushed by only hooking up one computer. The rpm tachometer works but the speedometer doesn't. Problem is this; I have to have emissions done in order to register the car again. Apparently this test will not be able to happen because the computer is not properly set up. Any suggestions or advice on where to get service done would be great. I know I've been very vague on the matter .so if I missed anything please let me know. Ill get back to you. Thanks everyone!
