98 Honda Civic Headlights. HELP

98 Honda Civic Headlights. HELP
I have a 98 Honda civic dx and I bought angel eye halogen headlights for it. How do I take off the entire stock headlight? Do I have to take off the bumper or the fenders? I can't seem to get to the bottom two brackets.
