AC compressor

Default AC compressor
On my 92 Civic, i will put my AC on and sometimes the compressor will come on and the air will blow cold, other times, even though i have the ac "on" the compressor doesnt come on and the air blows warm humid air, then all of a sudden it will kick on and blow cold... anyone have any suggestions?
