AC fan not comming on

It's a 98 dx would a low charge keep it from comming on? needless to say there is no cold air comming out. too hot[:@]

im pretty sure that could be your problem...the same thing was hapeningg with my moms 96 mini van and that fixed it.....buy one of the cans that has a gauge on it...its only a little more i think if any
