Default Advice needed!

Hi my name's Kacey and I've got an '04 CivicSi that has been making this squealing noise from the rear drivers side for a little over a week now. I first noticed the noise on a road trip to Vegas. It'ssounds like an airy brakegrinding noise, but it doesn't happen when I apply my brakes. Some times it does it when I'm on flat road, on the freeway, banking a turn, or hitting bumps, and at slow speeds and fast speeds, but NEVER really hear i when I actually apply brakes. It happens randomly (i.e. not every time I turn, or hit a bump, etc.), but more frequently the longer I drive around. The frequency is increasing since I first noticed it as well.I don't think it'sthe brake pads because it's not happening when I apply the brakes, butthey've never been changed and the car has about78,000 miles on it. Is this a case of simple brakes that need changing or could it be a deeper underlyin problem? I'm supposed to drive to Coachella on thursday and now I'm kinda worried because my Verne (my car) is my baby and I don't want to make the problem worse by driving on it.

Any help or suggestions y'all could give would be greatly appreciated! Oh yeah, everything else is stock and I checked the "already solved problems" and didn't find anything exactly matching. Thanks!

KC
