Ive been having problems with my speedo(works when it wants to).Ive replaced the vss and had a shop pull the tranny and check the speedo gear( its fine).Im guessing that my cluster has gone bad.Any ideas where I can get a replacement cluster without going to the dealership?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check out some local junk yards, I'd say that that is most likely you're best best. Or E-bay, just be careful

 

If u get it from e-bay make sure it is for the right year of your car. I have a 91 civic, bought a cluster for 88-91, and know i now that 88-89 are different from 90-91. So i repin it to so that it will work just to find out that the cluster is broken.
