aiming fog lights

well i just bought some fog lights for my Eg but there aiming to low i try everything to aim higher but no results.can u guy's help me

You sort of want them aimed low. If they shine too high, they will reflect off the fog and blind you.

if you need to aim them though, the 2nd half of this DIY has detailed instructions

the thing is that i screw the screw that makes it go higher and it doesnt even move

can you adjust them at all?
or will they just not go any higher?

maybe they are as high as they can go, see if they will aim lower and if they aim lower, then you know the previous point at which you had them was as high as you could go
