Default air conditioner only works below 70 degrees

Hey guys - I hope someone can help me out. I'm new here. I have a '95 Honda Civic hatchback, and the air only works when it's below 65 or 70 degrees outside. Anyone ever had this problem?

the compressor could be going bad, and not pumping as it should so it would not get as cool. or look at the condensor and see if it is plugged up with stuff and has bent fins. clean it out and it should help out a bit.

It's because it's in the Product Review section, and only I and the admins had powers in there, kinda like ROTM.

EF is prolly right, but check to make sure that the compressor clutch is engaging. If the compressor clutch is engaging and the A/C still doesnt' work, then its either the compressor or condensor. Is it possible that a temp sensor is malfunctioning and causing the clutch to not engnage?
