Anti-Lock Brake System Problem 2017 HONDA CIVIC SI

2017 HONDA CIVIC SI

Is this a fixable problem? Anyone had experience with this issue? Just want to know what to expect if anyone has an idea.

Had this problem today with my wife's car it was low on brake fluid oil added some to proper level started right up did have to put booster cables on was not charged.
