Is it an OBD1? If so i might have a guy that can do it for you.

I got a guy that can chip obd1. He could do yours but you have to get the harness for obd2 - obd1

Hey I have a ECU for a 96-98 Manual HX. I was going to do a swap but no longer need it. I'll sell it for $100.
