Auto Cluster Question

Hey All,
Just bought a 95 Dx Coupe yesterday to use as a daily driver and had a quick question for you all. I'd like to put an EX cluster into my car (want to teach my girlfriend to drive manual) and was wondering if an auto version of the cluster will just plug and play into my car. Thanks in advance and I look forward to being a part of this site!

RE: Auto Cluster Question

Oh, I think I understand why you're asking now...

DX model that are manual don't have a tachometer. But it sounds like you can get your hands on a AUTO cluster with a tach so that your gf can learn the concept of rpms and redlines.

SO..... Yes, all 92-95 clusters are literally plug-n-play. Good luck!

RE: Auto Cluster Question

Yes, you're exactly right. I can get an auto cluster pretty easily and honestly, I just bought the civic to use as a daily, nothing fancy, so I don't really care if I have the manual or auto cluster in there as long as they both work. Thank you guys for your input and quick answer!
