Wats up, i currently have a blown d16z6 obd 1 and im swaping in a 98 b18b1 obd 2 motor, i just want to no if their is anyone that could give me some advice on what to do with the conversion of obd 1 to obd 2. I no that they sell the conversion harnesses online i want to no if that would work for what im doing, and which conversion harness would i get, they have the obd 1 to obd 2, and the obd 2 to obd 1, and also i need to no if my d16z6 ac condensor would work with the b18 and if the alternator would work, or if any one could just tell me what i can use from the d16 that would fit the b18 bcuz alot of the bolt ons are new from the d16.

go online and get the obd 1 to obd 2 conversion harness. i dont think that you can run ac after all of this, im not entirly sure. the alternator should be the same, check the current/charge rating on the parts. good luck

yup, let me know if u have any other questions, ive done the obd conversion, and have had the car reffed. so i cant get into trouble with the man. know what i mean. good luck

i got another ques for you man, if i get the conversion harness and i plug in the obd2 integra computer would my d16z6 harness plug up even if its vtec, im juss wondering bcuz im not getting the ls harness with the swap bcuz im getting it for a good price $700 with tran, ecu, dist, axle, clutch assembly, etc the only thing im not getting is the ac condensor, and alternator, but im pritty sure bolt ons like that will work, im just not that good when it comes down to the electrical part of it, its prob bcuz ive never did a harness conversion an i have never done a motor swap that was non v-tec.

you will just leave your vtec wires alone. since your not going to use vtec.
