Unhappy Bent/Torn Rear Crossmember - Help!

Can the rear crossmember (part number 65750S5AZ10ZZ ?) be removed and replaced? I can't find any good images of it uninstalled. The diagrams look like they were drawn with crayons and don't show any sort of attachment method. This is a 2005 EX. Clearly there's some other damage as well but I want to know if and how this crossmember can be replaced before I get too deep. Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Honestly I'm not sure. I know the previous generation Civic it was replaceable, but yours looks welded in (from the pic). You might be able to unbolt the arm, and weld in a washer to close the hole/rip up some.
Another thing to try might be to post this question to https://www.k20a.org/forums/2001-civ...x-dc5-em2.112/ and see if anyone there might know.
I'd also look everything over on that corner very well, as you might have something else bent or broken.
