Blower doesn't work on low speeds
My fan blower doesn't work on the two lower speeds. I think it's the resistor pack.
If anybody is familiar with this, please take a look at this link and tell me if it is part# 005 that I need to order.

Yes that's the resistor pack. Before ordering one, check yours with an ohm meter. A good one will have should be some connection (a few ohms) between all the terminals. The exact ohms don't matter but it should not be kiloohms or megaohms.
Remove glove box (unscrew the hinges at the bottom) and you're looking right at the resistor pack.Unplug wires, take outlittle screws, lift out. Installation is of course the reverse of removal.
okay i'm really sorry for the thread jack, buti asked a similar questio nand it didnt get answered, but my blowers usually dont work at all, and the few times they do work is when my car is COMPLTELY OFF, like key out and everything (i know, its crazy, but believe me). Could this be my resistor pack as well? Is the resistor pack notorius for going back on Civics?
No, your problem is probably the blower relay under the hood. It is the part that is supposed to turn the blower on and off when you turn the key on and off. So that's one of a very few things that could cause the blower to run with the key off.
On the highest setting the resistor pack is bypassed. Running on high but not other speeds would be reason to suspect the resistor.

If you have a Gen 5 it is going to be in the underhood fuse box and you just pull it out. The real beauty of this situation is there is an identical relay next to it for the rear defogger (and, it's summertime, so you can consider that one a spare part for now). So justuse that one to substitute and see what happens.
mk378 has it right. If you replace the resistor pack and it blows again, then the fan motor is bad or somehow drawing more current than it should. I had this problem on an Eagle Premier and eventually had to replace the blower motor.
