Default Blower Fan Troubles

Hi, got a stock blower fan (interior) that went, so I had to get a new one, but only the motor, and now I can't get the fan off the old one. Any idea how I do that? The clamp is off, and any screws I can find are out...

After unplugging the connector and removing three screws, the blower motor drops straight down. It's behind the glove box.

I meant like, getting the fan off the motor itself...but I got it. Thanks for your help.
