Blue SCS connector ?????

Im trying to locate the blue SCS connector on my 98 civic D16Y7 so I can check my timing after I replace the dist. The only blue connector I can see is directly under the intake manifold and I cant seem to pull it out to access it.. Any help..

It's above the ECU behind the front passenger kick panel. Click the CEL link in my signature to see pictures.

scs connector

Thanks for the reply... Just one more question, in order for me to just check the timing, I must in sert a paper clip, or what ever works, into the 2 connectors, forming a loop. Then I can check the timing and adjust as necessary, right ??
